What you'll do

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee all budgetary and operational objectives at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, setting clear expectations and measuring performance to ensure accountability. Your role will involve developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, leveraging Lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

You will take proactive steps to ensure best practices are shared across departments and shifts, fostering a collaborative environment. Additionally, you will work closely with support staff from HR, Finance, and IT to ensure that operational goals align with overall business objectives. Your strategic leadership will be crucial in driving results and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer experience.
