What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the site, including managing a team of Operations and Area Managers. You will drive the creation of quality initiatives and process change initiatives to meet and exceed business plans. Your role will involve setting and clarifying requirements for your team, measuring performance, and providing feedback to ensure accountability.

You will take proactive steps to share best practices across departments and shifts, enhancing overall operational performance. Collaborating with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other Senior Operations Managers, you will build support for projects and initiatives in your area. Your leadership will be crucial in nurturing ideas from your team and rolling them into improvement plans that benefit the functional area and the Fulfillment Center as a whole.

What we offer

Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $135,000.00 - $182,700.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
