What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring them to achieve their performance goals. Your role will involve driving the creation of quality initiatives and process change initiatives to meet and exceed business plans. You will ensure that best practices are shared across departments and shifts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You will measure performance, provide feedback, and hold your team accountable for their results. Collaborating with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, and IT, you will build support for projects and initiatives in your area. Your proactive approach will help identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that operational objectives align with the overall business strategy.
