Who you are
You have a proven track record of leading new initiatives, especially in support of Internet Service Provider (ISP) related consumer products or services. Your entrepreneurial spirit and analytical mindset enable you to thrive in a matrixed organization, ensuring that operational excellence aligns with customer satisfaction. You are customer obsessed and technology savvy, with a passion for driving process improvements and implementing industry best practices. You are comfortable presenting to executive leadership and have experience managing high visibility roles.
What you'll do
As the Australia Field Service Lead, you will operate Amazon Leo's professional installation and maintenance network, ensuring that our standards for operational excellence are met. You will drive strategy while operationalizing that vision, focusing on delighting our customers through exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing field service operations, managing device fulfillment, and collaborating with various teams to enhance service delivery. You will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to optimize operations.
