You thrive in collaborative settings, working alongside software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers. You possess a solid understanding of AWS infrastructure and its operational requirements. Your technical expertise allows you to guide your team in deploying and servicing building automation systems, ensuring that all equipment operates at peak efficiency. You are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within your team, always looking for ways to enhance operational processes and outcomes.
Desirable
Experience with data center operations or similar environments is a plus. Familiarity with electrical systems and building management systems will set you apart. What you'll do
As the Controls Manager, you will lead a team of Controls Technicians in the deployment and service of building automation systems and electrical power monitoring systems within Amazon's data centers. You will be responsible for developing operational strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high service levels for our customers.
