GitLab is hiring a Commercial Account Executive - Mid-Market to be the primary contact for mid-market customers. You'll help organizations modernize their software development processes using GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform. This role requires experience in sales and customer engagement.

You are comfortable working with technology and have a strong understanding of software development processes, which allows you to effectively convey the value of GitLab's offerings to potential customers.

What you'll do

As a Commercial Account Executive - Mid-Market, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals with mid-market customers. You will identify potential clients, understand their unique challenges, and demonstrate how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform can help them modernize their software development lifecycle. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development.

Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success with GitLab's solutions. You will also be expected to track your sales activities and report on your progress towards achieving your sales goals.
