You have a strong business background and excellent C-level communication skills, which enable you to effectively engage with large global partners. Your experience in account growth and strategic thinking allows you to influence clients through tailored recommendations. You possess strong analytical skills and business acumen, essential for maximizing the value of partnerships in the travel experiences landscape.

You understand the importance of building and maintaining partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key partners. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights will help drive revenue growth and enhance the overall partner experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about creating memorable travel experiences for customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support strategic partners across Europe, focusing on maximizing the value of these partnerships. You will work closely with partners to understand their needs and develop strategies that drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include analyzing partnership performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing tailored recommendations to partners. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that partner needs are met and that they receive the support necessary to succeed.

You will be responsible for managing partner relationships, ensuring that communication is clear and effective. Your role will involve regular check-ins with partners to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have. You will also play a key role in onboarding new partners, providing them with the resources and support they need to thrive in the Viator marketplace.
