What you'll do
As a Regional Partnerships Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for developing and executing local workforce development and recruitment strategies in the most constrained markets. You will build relationships with community partners to source candidates for entry-level warehouse roles, ensuring a steady talent pipeline. Your role will involve managing communications with both regional and national workforce organizations, facilitating local job fairs and drop-in events to activate community partner support. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate generation and work to remove obstacles faced by local candidates. Your ability to anticipate community partner questions and formulate thorough messaging strategies will position Amazon as the employer of choice in the local market.
