Uber is hiring a Partner Manager for their Advertising team to manage and optimize advertising campaigns for enterprise-level partners. Who you are

You have a strong background in client success and campaign execution, ideally with experience in advertising or marketing. You excel in analytical thinking and relationship management, allowing you to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. You are proactive in identifying issues and driving timely solutions, ensuring that campaigns meet their objectives. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

You understand the importance of data in driving campaign performance and are skilled at analyzing insights to recommend tactical adjustments. You are comfortable participating in internal kick-off calls and coordinating complex campaign executions. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients enables you to understand their marketing objectives and challenges, allowing you to provide tailored solutions that support their success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and optimize advertising campaigns for enterprise-level partners, ensuring that they achieve strong performance and clear communication throughout the campaign lifecycle. You will proactively monitor campaign performance, identifying issues early and driving effective solutions. You will coordinate campaign launches and ongoing management, sharing updates and setting expectations with all stakeholders involved.

You will own the campaign reporting cadence, delivering insights tailored to each advertiser's goals. As a strategic consultant, you will advise clients on tactical adjustments based on performance trends and business goals. Your role will involve identifying opportunities to improve performance and grow investment by analyzing data and sharing insights with internal account teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution and long-term value creation for clients.
