Amazon is hiring an Associate Manager for North America Publisher Partnerships to develop and manage relationships with content partners. You'll leverage your negotiation skills and business knowledge to drive Audible's growth. This role is based in Newark, New Jersey.

Who you are
You are an experienced negotiator with a strong ability to develop and execute new content opportunities. Your proven decision-making, problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills demonstrate your capability to manage the business by the numbers. You possess an analytical and creative mindset, allowing you to ask the right questions and develop a point of view that influences decisions and drives Audible’s continued success.
In your role as Associate Manager, you will identify and investigate new partnership opportunities that align with Audible’s strategic goals. You will develop deal structures and evaluate deal economics, ensuring that each partnership is beneficial for both Audible and its content partners. Your background in managing relationships with major publishers will be invaluable as you navigate the complexities of these partnerships.
What you'll do
As a member of the North America Publisher Partnerships team, you will hold a multifaceted role that helps determine and execute Audible’s strategic initiatives concerning its content partners. You will work with various departments across the business to assist in the development, execution, and management of our relationships with content partners. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to align partnership strategies with Audible’s overall business objectives.
You will be responsible for negotiating terms and conditions with publishers, ensuring that agreements are favorable and sustainable. Your analytical skills will come into play as you assess the performance of partnerships and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. You will also be tasked with monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for Audible.
