What you'll do
As a Program Manager in the RBS team, you will establish the management framework for Deal/Merchandising, identifying new opportunities to initiate sub-programs that drive business growth and reduce costs. You will independently manage program plans and delivery in a dynamic environment, making trade-off decisions and understanding when and how to escalate issues appropriately. Your role will involve influencing upstream teams' priorities and roadmaps, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. You will develop solutions and lead their implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer buying experience on Amazon's platform. You will also be responsible for monitoring program performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
