You are a collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments — you have successfully partnered with site WHS managers, operations management, and engineering teams to drive safety improvements. Your ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization ensures that safety initiatives are understood and embraced by all stakeholders. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead network-level safety risk mitigation efforts across Amazon's facilities — your primary focus will be on injury prevention and proactive safety initiatives. You will work closely with the Sr. WHS Regional Manager to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential risks, developing comprehensive safety solutions, and ensuring that all safety measures are effectively communicated and executed.

You will collaborate with various teams, including site WHS managers and engineering teams, to assess safety protocols and implement necessary changes — your strategic thinking will be crucial in advancing Amazon's commitment to workplace safety excellence. You will also be responsible for analyzing safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that Amazon remains at the forefront of safety standards in the industry.
