You have over 5 years of experience in EHS management or related fields, demonstrating a strong understanding of workplace safety protocols and regulations. Your background includes hands-on experience in safety guidance and the implementation of safety measures in operational settings. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders effectively. Your ability to analyze risks and propose engineering solutions showcases your proactive approach to safety management. You are detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement in safety standards and practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will conduct risk assessments for new equipment and processes, providing solutions to enhance workplace safety. You will perform gap analyses on existing sites and plan retrofits to improve safety measures. Managing investments in safety initiatives will be a key responsibility, ensuring that new sites comply with safety regulations and standards. You will investigate incidents and safety-related issues, proposing corrective actions based on engineering approaches. Your role will also involve evaluating process safety and ensuring alignment with global safety standards while sharing best practices from Japan.
