You are comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, for data analysis and reporting. You have experience in negotiating with staffing agencies and managing recruitment processes effectively.

What you'll do

As a Staffing Lead at Amazon, you will lead the recruitment programs for logistics centers, ensuring that staffing needs are met efficiently.
