What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the recruitment and onboarding of new associates for Amazon's Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations, and Sort Centers. You will support auditing compliance to defined processes, including Salesforce management and reporting. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency of staffing operations. You will participate in Workforce Staffing specific projects and develop effective communication processes to ensure smooth information flow between key stakeholders. Additionally, you will undertake other reasonable duties as requested by the Workforce Staffing Managers.
