What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Fleet Identity Verification team, managing Risk Managers who oversee the validation of identity and compliance of assets from Relay Market Carriers. You will collaborate with product teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance fleet integrity and prevent unauthorized sub-brokering across Amazon's transportation network. Your responsibilities will include shaping the future of fleet verification by developing processes and tools that reduce waste and abuse while ensuring compliance. You will drive automation and AI initiatives to scale fleet verification capabilities, adapting to emerging business needs and launching programs with measurable impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor transaction integrity and ensure that all processes align with regulatory standards. Your role will also involve mentoring and developing leadership talent within your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
