You have a proven track record in sales operations, with a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape. Your ability to think strategically and execute tactically makes you an ideal partner for Sales Leadership. You excel in communication, both written and verbal, and are known for your impeccable judgment. You thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results. Your experience includes assessing business needs and translating them into actionable project requirements. You are adept at managing multiple initiatives and monitoring progress against defined business metrics.
Desirable
Experience in digital advertising or a related field is a plus. Familiarity with reporting mechanisms and operational efficiency initiatives will set you apart. You are comfortable working with limited direction and can navigate complex organizational structures to achieve your goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the US Large Customer Sales Leadership, driving operational excellence across the Amazon Ads business. You will design, plan, and execute operational strategies that support the evolving needs of the organization. Your responsibilities will include assessing category needs and challenges, providing insights on recommended action plans, and managing the tactical execution of key initiatives. You will create and maintain executive-level communications related to strategic initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Additionally, you will develop and maintain reporting mechanisms that align with centralized tooling and processes, driving process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
