You have a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, which allows you to thrive in managing Sales Incentive Compensation policies and governance processes. Your experience with incentive compensation plans equips you to handle exceptions and design effective policies that support sales strategies. You excel in building relationships and influencing leadership, making you a key player in a fast-paced environment filled with ambiguity. You are adept at juggling competing projects and can work collaboratively across multiple teams to solve complex problems. Your keen eye for writing policy language and editing content ensures clarity and compliance in all documentation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will document and manage all Sales Incentive Compensation policy content on our Wiki, ensuring that terms and conditions are up-to-date and accessible. You will lead the exception case review process, serving as the central point of contact for policy disputes and questions, driving effective documentation and governance of non-standard outcomes for tracking and audit purposes. You will work on projects to review the effectiveness of existing policies and propose changes based on your findings. Your ability to influence and collaborate with internal Ads Sales Incentive Compensation team stakeholders and external business partners, including Sales leaders, Finance, HR, and Legal, will be crucial to your success. You will also be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the compensation landscape and ensuring that policies align with the overall sales strategy.
