Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales compensation analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in managing compensation processes and ensuring accurate quota allocation. Your analytical expertise allows you to reconcile and analyze large, complex datasets effectively, ensuring that sales teams are compensated accurately and on time. You possess excellent stakeholder management skills, enabling you to communicate effectively with various business units and resolve complex compensation inquiries with professionalism.
You are proactive in driving process optimization initiatives, continuously seeking ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation programs. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally ensures that best practices are implemented, and you are comfortable enforcing sales incentive policies while maintaining a supportive approach. You understand the importance of compliance and governance in sales compensation and can balance policy enforcement with diplomacy in stakeholder interactions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing end-to-end sales compensation processes, including revenue recognition and payout execution. You will orchestrate complex monthly and quarterly compensation activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compensation program efficiency and effectiveness, as well as managing communications with Amazon Ads Business Units.
You will be the primary point of contact for sales managers and employees, handling escalations and providing exceptional support to the global sales force. Your role will involve meticulous data validation and revenue attribution, ensuring that all compensation-related activities are executed accurately and in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for quota management, including quota distribution and adjustments, to ensure that sales teams are set up for success.

Amazon offers a competitive salary range for this position, with annual compensation between $88,100 and $154,100, depending on experience and qualifications.
