What you'll do
In this role, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of the foundational data and key business drivers related to Amazon Ads variable compensation. You will design and implement a reporting and analytical roadmap that informs key decisions and enhances the effectiveness of the sales compensation program. Your responsibilities will include automating repeated processes around monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation cycles, ensuring cost controllership, and administering compensation plans effectively.
You will partner closely with various teams within Amazon Ads, including sales incentive compensation design, planning, policy, and enablement teams, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of compensation strategies. Your insights will be foundational in optimizing sales planning and performance targets, ultimately enabling the growth of Amazon Ads.
