Amazon is hiring a Sales Specialist to drive acquisition, revenue, and shipper satisfaction for their product. You'll work on sourcing and closing new business leads while collaborating with internal teams. This role requires 1+ years of sales experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in e-commerce, and a proven track record of meeting revenue targets and quotas. Your ability to earn the trust of customers and recommend product solutions that fit their business needs is essential. You thrive in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

You are adept at sourcing and closing new business leads as well as marketing qualified leads. Your experience allows you to relay market needs and requirements back to internal teams, including Product Management and Technical teams, ensuring that customer feedback is integrated into product development. You are proactive in seeking opportunities to expand business relationships across other Amazon entities to drive value for customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive acquisition and revenue while ensuring shipper satisfaction for Amazon's products. You will track your progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives, meeting or exceeding targets for customer satisfaction and revenue generation. Your responsibilities will include identifying prioritization and trade-offs for meeting adoption and revenue targets, as well as collaborating with various internal teams to relay market insights and customer feedback.

You will be based in Ahmedabad with possible moderate travel, up to 50%. Your role will require you to engage with customers regularly, understanding their needs and how Amazon's solutions can best serve them. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
