What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, guiding them to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives. Your role will involve driving the creation of quality initiatives and process change initiatives to enhance performance in either Inbound or Outbound operations.

You will set and clarify requirements for your team, providing feedback and holding them accountable for their performance. Your proactive approach will ensure that best practices are shared across departments and shifts, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing. You will work closely with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other Senior Operations Managers to build support for projects and initiatives in your area.
