What you'll do

As the Senior Product Manager for Amazon LEO, you will be the single-threaded owner of the customer experience lifecycle — from product discovery to onboarding, setup, and ongoing support. You will define and develop the end-to-end processes that ensure customers can easily access and manage their broadband services.

You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to define service offerings and create detailed business requirements documents that guide product development. Your role will involve engaging with customers to gather feedback and insights that inform product enhancements and drive user satisfaction.

You will establish integration paradigms and interactions across multiple systems, ensuring that all components work together seamlessly to deliver a cohesive customer experience.
