Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in technology-driven environments — you've successfully led product initiatives from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. Your expertise in defining requirements and developing systems is complemented by your ability to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively.
You possess a strong understanding of customer experience lifecycle management — you know how to create seamless onboarding processes and service provisioning that cater to diverse customer segments, including enterprise, small business, and residential clients. Your analytical skills enable you to translate complex business requirements into actionable product strategies.

You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
You are familiar with satellite communications and broadband service provisioning — your knowledge in these areas allows you to contribute meaningfully to the development of innovative solutions that enhance connectivity for underserved communities. You are passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and improve lives.
Desirable
Experience in the telecommunications or satellite industry is a plus — you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in delivering internet services to remote areas. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development frameworks will help you navigate the complexities of product management in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
As the Senior Product Manager for Amazon LEO, you will be the single-threaded owner of the customer experience lifecycle — from product discovery to onboarding, setup, and ongoing support. You will define and develop the end-to-end processes that ensure customers can easily access and manage their broadband services.
You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to define service offerings and create detailed business requirements documents that guide product development. Your role will involve engaging with customers to gather feedback and insights that inform product enhancements and drive user satisfaction.
You will establish integration paradigms and interactions across multiple systems, ensuring that all components work together seamlessly to deliver a cohesive customer experience. Your ability to establish timelines and drive system readiness will be crucial as you prepare for the launch of LEO services.
You will work in partnership with business and go-to-market teams to execute strategies that promote customer adoption and engagement. Your insights will help shape the product roadmap and prioritize features that align with customer needs and market demands.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $151,200.00 - $204,600.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program. You will have access to flexible spending accounts, mental health support, and generous paid time off policies.
Join a team that is dedicated to transforming connectivity for individuals and organizations in underserved areas. At Amazon, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects that have a meaningful impact on communities around the world. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement — your unique perspective could be a valuable addition to our team.
