What you'll do

As a Senior Worldwide Partner Specialist Solutions Architect, you will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Amazon Connect. This involves collaborating with partner teams to develop and grow key technology and consulting partnerships. You will provide the business and technical expertise necessary to help customers navigate their most complex challenges. Your role will require you to work closely with various stakeholders, ensuring that AWS solutions are effectively positioned to meet customer needs. You will be responsible for driving revenue and adoption from small and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, particularly in the public sector and healthcare. Your contributions will directly impact the success of AWS initiatives, as you work backwards from customer problems to build and execute strategic plans. You will also engage in mentoring and guiding less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.
