What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the launch of the European Sovereign Cloud, working closely with various AWS teams to ensure a successful rollout in 2025. Your responsibilities will include enhancing day-to-day operations and ensuring improvements in service availability and performance. You will collaborate with technology leaders to drive initiatives that align with AWS's commitment to customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve participating in on-call rotations to address incidents, ensuring that high-availability standards are met. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the operations and development teams dedicated to delivering AWS services exclusively for EU customers.
