What you'll do

In this role, you will spearhead the launch of the European Sovereign Cloud, collaborating with various AWS teams to ensure a successful rollout in 2025. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development and operations teams dedicated to delivering high-availability AWS services tailored for EU customers. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the day-to-day operations of the ESC, focusing on improvements in availability, reliability, latency, performance, and efficiency.

You will engage with technology leaders to influence the evolution of AWS services and technology, ensuring that the ESC meets the highest standards of service delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to operational enhancements, and ensuring that the services provided are scalable and reliable.

You will also be responsible for monitoring service performance and implementing best practices to optimize operations. Your insights will help shape the future of AWS services in Europe, making a significant impact on customer satisfaction and service quality.
