What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategy for building a new grocery category from the ground up — this includes developing a buying and sourcing strategy while ensuring flawless execution. You will continuously analyze key metrics to drive improvements and manage category profitability. Building relationships with vendors will be a core part of your responsibilities, as will optimizing pricing strategies to enhance selection and customer satisfaction.

You will influence both internal and external stakeholders to gain buy-in for your strategic direction — your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in this aspect. You will also be responsible for developing your team, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to succeed in their roles. Your analytical talent will help you identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the category.
