What you'll do

As a Backend Engineer at amo, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining systems that support the company's backend infrastructure. You will work closely with your team to take ownership of central components and features, ensuring they are scalable and efficient. Your day-to-day tasks will include crafting high-performance code and collaborating with mobile engineers to maintain a shared Rust component that handles networking and data synchronization.

You will participate in discussions about system architecture and contribute to the evolution of the backend systems. Your role will also involve troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems to ensure they can handle increasing traffic and data loads.
