Your experience with customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce and JIRA, enhances your ability to manage client interactions effectively.

You have a deep understanding of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) and Security Operations (SecOps), which enables you to provide valuable technical advice to clients. Your multi-lingual capabilities allow you to engage with a diverse customer base, ensuring that you can advocate for their needs throughout their maturity journey. You are self-driven and curious, always seeking to learn more about the evolving landscape of security analytics and operations.

Desirable

Experience with Gainsight is a plus, as it can further enhance your ability to manage customer success initiatives. A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time demonstrates your commitment to building strong relationships with clients and understanding their unique challenges.

What you'll do

In your role as a Technical Account Manager at Anomali, you will act as a technical subject matter expert, guiding customers through their journey to achieve their security operations and threat intelligence goals. You will leverage your technical expertise to solve issues and provide insights that empower clients to make informed decisions. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular check-ins with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring they are maximizing the value of Anomali's AI-powered security operations platform.

You will collaborate closely with the EMEA Customer Success team to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. By utilizing your knowledge of security analytics, you will help clients navigate the complexities of their security environments, providing tailored solutions that address their specific challenges. Your role will also involve presenting technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned on objectives and outcomes.
