You are comfortable working with technical teams and can translate complex concepts into actionable insights for clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with product and engineering teams to refine value propositions and sales methodologies. You are excited about experimenting with new sales strategies and workflows, particularly those that integrate AI into the sales process. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve your approach and the overall sales playbook.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing strategic deals with mid-market companies across various industries. You will leverage your consultative sales expertise to understand client needs and help them deploy AI solutions that unlock new value streams. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will refine our go-to-market strategy and ensure that our sales approach is differentiated in the marketplace. You will also play a key role in pioneering a new sales playbook that utilizes AI agents to enhance the buyer's journey while maintaining essential human engagement. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our Industries team and the broader mission of Anthropic to create safe and beneficial AI systems.
