Figma is hiring an Account Executive, Mid-Market to drive sales and maximize revenue with customers. You'll build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver innovative solutions across Figma's product suite. Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the Mid-Market segment, where you've successfully targeted and nurtured relationships with key decision-makers. Your ability to understand complex business needs allows you to deliver tailored solutions that resonate with clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to shape the future of design and collaboration.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate value propositions effectively and engage with various stakeholders. Your experience in building and managing a sales pipeline demonstrates your proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets. You are comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales activities, and you understand the importance of aligning with executives on business challenges.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Figma, you will create and manage a pipeline of Mid-Market accounts, focusing on both inbound and outbound activities to consistently meet or surpass sales targets. You will apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques to build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in both new and existing customers, specifically targeting organizations with 500-5000 FTEs. Your role will involve aligning with executives on business challenges and gaining sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments of Figma's suite of products.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure that the solutions you deliver meet the unique needs of your clients. This position offers an opportunity to accelerate your career while learning from leading sellers in the industry. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making design accessible to all, and you will play a critical role in driving Figma's growth in the Mid-Market segment.
