Assembled is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive to help win new customers for their workforce management platform. You'll be responsible for generating your own pipeline and closing deals while collaborating with Customer Success and Marketing teams. This role requires strong sales skills and a proactive approach.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in generating your own pipeline and closing deals. Your confidence in articulating value propositions creates excitement among prospects, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can take initiative. You understand the importance of being a trusted advisor to prospective customers and have experience running effective sales processes from start to finish.
You are comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Success and Marketing to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for your customers. Your ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders will help you contribute to the development of the go-to-market playbook and improve operational processes as the company scales.
What you'll do
In this role, you will identify high-potential businesses and verticals, developing and executing outbound strategies to bring them to Assembled. You will clearly articulate and demonstrate the company's value proposition, creating enthusiasm among prospects. Running effective sales processes will be a key responsibility, including conducting demos, negotiations, and handling security and procurement processes with assistance from Sales Engineers.
You will work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure that your customers are successfully onboarded, fostering strong relationships that lead to long-term satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with Marketing and Engineering teams to share insights and feedback that can enhance the overall customer experience and product offering.
