Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the technology sector, and have successfully built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders in large organizations. Your experience includes developing go-to-market strategies and co-selling initiatives that drive revenue growth through partnerships. You are adept at engaging with senior leadership and have the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver value to partners and clients. Your strong analytical skills enable you to identify opportunities and prioritize relationships effectively, ensuring that you focus on the most impactful partnerships. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for owning and growing revenue generated through system integrator channels. You will develop joint go-to-market strategies and enablement programs with Japan's top system integrators, ensuring they are equipped to sell and implement Anthropic's AI solutions effectively. You will lead strategic engagements with senior SIer leadership, building the technical confidence and commercial alignment necessary to close enterprise deals.
You will orchestrate internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships, and Marketing, to deliver enablement resources and joint initiatives that enhance partner capabilities. Your role will involve identifying and prioritizing relationships across tier-1 and regional SIers, including firms across IT consulting, systems integration, and managed services practices. You will also be responsible for tracking performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize revenue potential.
