Who you are

You have a strong background in sales leadership, particularly in the technology sector, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing teams. Your understanding of Japanese business culture allows you to navigate the consensus-driven sales environment effectively, ensuring successful partnerships with enterprise clients. You are passionate about mentoring and developing people, fostering a culture of success within your team. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Applied AI Engineering, Product, GTM, and Marketing.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, providing coaching, mentorship, and guidance to drive team success. You will develop and implement sales strategies tailored to enterprise procurement cycles and budgeting processes to meet and exceed team revenue quotas. Creating and maintaining accurate forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting will be essential, ensuring data integrity in CRM systems. You will partner with Enablement to develop training programs and resources that accelerate AE ramp time and effectiveness, focusing on Japanese enterprise buying cycles. Your leadership will be critical to Anthropic's APAC expansion, as you work closely with various teams to refine market positioning and help enterprise customers deploy AI solutions.
