Who you are

You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly in the Retail and Transport & Logistics sectors. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated to join a tech company that offers disruptive solutions. Your ability to close high-value projects, often exceeding 100k, showcases your effectiveness in driving sales and achieving targets.

You possess strong communication skills and can engage with decision-makers at multiple levels within large organizations. Your experience in leveraging existing networks to generate new sales opportunities sets you apart as a high-performing Account Executive. You are adept at utilizing tools like Salesforce to manage your sales funnel effectively and ensure that you meet your annual sales targets.

What you'll do

In this role, you will directly sell Scandit's innovative solutions to leading Japanese companies, focusing on Mobile Barcode Scanning and Augmented Reality applications. You will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and renewing contracts with existing high-value customers. Your role will involve presenting Scanditโ€™s solutions, developing proposals, and negotiating deals to secure new business.

You will collaborate closely with local Solution Consultants, Sales, and Marketing teams to position Scandit as a leader in Smart Data Capture. Your responsibilities will include providing feedback on regional marketing events and effectively utilizing resources to identify and reach prospects. You will play a key role in driving the sales strategy and ensuring that Scandit continues to grow its presence in the Japanese market.
