What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Anthropic, you will be the trusted advisor to our most complex customers across EMEA, guiding them through their journey with our AI capabilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their strategic direction and AI vision, helping them identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives. Your role will involve developing best practices and providing guidance to ensure customers effectively scale their usage of our products.
