You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, making informed decisions even in unprecedented situations. You enjoy collaborating with engineers and other internal stakeholders to diagnose and resolve user issues, both individually and at scale. You are proactive in suggesting and driving improvements to enhance the customer support experience.
What you'll do
As a Product Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of delivering AI safely to the world. Your responsibilities will include investigating and tracking user needs, providing high-touch support to strategic customers, and ensuring that you systematically support customers at scale. You will manage on-call tasks for high-urgency user issues, prioritizing effectively to adapt to an ever-evolving product landscape. You will partner with engineers and teammates to diagnose and resolve user issues, ensuring that you maintain a high level of service and support. Your role will also involve identifying gaps in the team's technical knowledge and working collaboratively to close those gaps, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience with Anthropic's products.
