Overview

Anthropic is hiring a Product Support Specialist to respond to user needs and provide high-touch support for AI products. You'll work closely with engineers and customers in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle.

Who you are

You have a strong understanding of customer support processes and are eager to become an expert in all Anthropic products. You excel at responding to user support cases, whether they are simple inquiries or complex API debugging for large businesses. Your communication skills allow you to connect with a diverse range of user personas, from executives to everyday consumers, ensuring that everyone feels supported and valued.

You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable managing on-call tasks for high-urgency user issues. Your ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to an ever-evolving product landscape is key to your success. You operate well in ambiguity, making informed decisions even in situations that are new and challenging.

What you'll do

As a Product Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of delivering AI solutions to users. Your responsibilities will include responding to user inquiries, investigating issues, and tracking user needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction. You will partner with engineers and other internal stakeholders to diagnose and resolve user issues, both individually and at scale. Your role will also involve identifying gaps in the team's technical knowledge and suggesting improvements to enhance customer support processes.

You will manage on-call tasks for urgent user issues, demonstrating extreme ownership and a commitment to resolving problems swiftly. Your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically will be essential as you guide users through their challenges and help them navigate Anthropic's products effectively.
