Overview

Anthropic is hiring a Product Support Specialist to provide high-touch support to users and help identify gaps in technical knowledge. You'll work closely with engineers and internal stakeholders to resolve user issues. This role is based in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle.

Who you are

You have a strong understanding of product support and are eager to become an expert in all Anthropic products. Your ability to respond to user support cases with varying complexity showcases your adaptability and problem-solving skills. You communicate clearly and empathetically with a diverse range of user personas, from executives to consumer users, ensuring that everyone feels supported and understood.

You thrive in high-pressure situations, managing on-call tasks for urgent user issues with extreme ownership. Your critical prioritization skills allow you to adapt comfortably to an ever-evolving product landscape, making informed decisions even in ambiguous situations. You enjoy partnering with engineers and other internal stakeholders to diagnose and resolve user issues, both individually and at scale.

What you'll do

As a Product Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of delivering AI safely to the world. Your responsibilities will include responding to user support cases, investigating user needs, and tracking issues to ensure they are resolved efficiently. You will help identify and close gaps in the team's technical knowledge, providing high-touch support to strategic customers. Your role will require you to manage on-call tasks for high-urgency user issues, ensuring that you prioritize effectively and adapt to the dynamic nature of the product.

You will work closely with engineers and teammates to diagnose and resolve user issues, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Your insights will help drive enhancements to the support process, ensuring that Anthropic's commitment to delivering reliable and interpretable AI systems is upheld. You will be part of a collaborative team that values communication and teamwork, working together to support customers at scale.
