Who you are
You are a motivated individual with a background in Business Development or Sales Support, particularly focused on lead generation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take ownership of your work, driving real change in a mission-driven company. Your customer-focused approach ensures that you deliver a delightful experience to clients while maintaining professionalism and grace. You understand the importance of collaboration and are excited to work closely with Strategic Account Executives and other partners to implement effective sales strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that operates like a startup within Axon, focusing on winning early customers in various verticals outside of public safety. You will partner with Strategic Account Executives to build and implement a sales pipeline strategy that drives the adoption of select products and services to our Enterprise markets. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process. You will also collaborate closely with the Enterprise Sales Operations and Marketing teams to align strategies and maximize impact.
