What you'll do

As a Solutions Architect at Anthropic, you will partner with account executives to deeply understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions. You will serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout their Claude adoption journey, guiding them from initial discovery to successful deployment. Your role will involve developing evaluations and designing scalable architectures that maximize the value of our AI systems. You will leverage your expertise to help customers understand Claude's capabilities and ensure they can integrate it seamlessly into their existing technology stacks.

You will collaborate closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback informs product development and enhancements.
