What you'll do

As a Solutions Architect at Anthropic, you will partner with account executives across Australia to engage with large enterprises, helping them understand the capabilities of Claude and how to successfully integrate it into their existing systems. You will lead technical discussions and provide insights on best practices for deploying AI solutions. Your role will involve developing evaluations and designing architectures that align with customer needs while ensuring the safety and reliability of the AI systems.

You will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and assist in crafting proposals that highlight the benefits of Anthropic's AI solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding customers from initial discovery through to successful deployment, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of Anthropic's offerings by providing feedback from customer interactions and sharing insights with the product and engineering teams.
