What you'll do

As a Solutions Architect at Anthropic, you will partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout their adoption journey, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation. You will leverage your expertise to help customers understand the capabilities of Claude, develop evaluations, and design scalable architectures that maximize the value of AI systems. You will guide customers from initial technical discovery through successful deployment, ensuring they have the support they need at every step. You will also collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings based on customer feedback and market trends. Your role will involve presenting technical solutions to stakeholders and addressing any concerns they may have about integration and deployment.
