What you'll do
As the Sales Development Manager at Anthropic, you will lead a team of 8-12 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) focused on generating pipeline for our fastest-moving market segments. Your primary responsibility will be to drive high-velocity pipeline generation through optimized inbound lead management and targeted outbound campaigns. You will establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that focus on speed-to-lead, conversion rates, and volume metrics. Collaboration with Account Executives (AEs) will be crucial to ensure alignment on ideal customer profiles (ICPs), qualification criteria, and handoff processes. You will create streamlined training programs that emphasize rapid qualification and high-volume prospecting techniques. Additionally, you will implement and optimize the sales technology stack to maximize team efficiency and throughput, and you will own pipeline reviews with sales leadership to cover top-of-funnel health and conversion velocity.
