What you'll do

As a Solutions Architect at Anthropic, you will serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them from initial discovery through evaluation and deployment of AI solutions. You will partner with account executives to deeply understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions. Your role involves developing evaluations and designing scalable architectures that maximize the value of Anthropic's AI systems. You will leverage your expertise to help customers understand the capabilities of Claude, ensuring alignment between their business objectives and the technical implementation of AI solutions. You will coordinate internally with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the adoption journey.
