What you'll do

As a Solutions Architect at Anthropic, you will partner with account executives to deeply understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout their Claude adoption journey, guiding them from initial discovery through evaluation and deployment. Your role will involve architecting innovative solutions that address complex mission challenges while ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation. You will leverage your expertise to help customers understand Claude's capabilities, develop evaluations, and design scalable architectures that maximize the value of our AI systems. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of AI technologies into customer environments, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed.
