What you'll do

As a Solutions Architect, you will partner with account executives to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions. You will serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them through the adoption of Claude, Anthropic's AI system. Your role will involve conducting evaluations, designing scalable architectures, and ensuring that implementations align with business objectives.

You will leverage your expertise to help customers understand Claude's capabilities, developing tailored solutions that maximize the value of AI in their technology stack. Your responsibilities will include leading technical discussions, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a smooth transition from evaluation to deployment. You will also collaborate with internal teams to refine product offerings based on customer feedback and industry trends.
