Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, particularly in high-ACV enterprise environments. Your expertise lies in account-driven go-to-market strategies, and you understand the intricacies of long, multi-stakeholder buying cycles. You are data-driven and comfortable with full-funnel analytics, ensuring that every marketing effort translates into qualified opportunities.
You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with sales teams to drive enterprise deals in asset-heavy industries such as energy and utilities. Your ability to orchestrate events—from trade shows to webinars—demonstrates your hands-on approach to generating leads and nurturing prospects through the marketing funnel.
Your background includes a strong understanding of marketing operations, and you are proficient in tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics. You are skilled in A/B testing and lifecycle nurture strategies, enabling you to optimize campaigns for maximum impact. You are passionate about building repeatable marketing processes that contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Desirable
Experience in mobile robotics or related tech industries would be a plus, as would familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and account-based experience (ABX) strategies. You are also open to learning new tools and methodologies that can enhance your marketing efforts.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building and running the growth marketing function at ANYbotics. You will develop and implement account-driven go-to-market strategies that align with the company's objectives. Your focus will be on lifecycle marketing, ensuring that prospects are nurtured effectively throughout their buying journey.
You will orchestrate events that drive pipeline growth, including trade shows, roadshows, and webinars. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will ensure that marketing campaigns consistently generate qualified opportunities. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you track and report on full-funnel performance, using insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies.
You will also work on partner and ecosystem campaigns that expand reach and accelerate adoption of ANYbotics' innovative robotic solutions. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, allowing you to position ANYbotics effectively in the market.
