Job Description
Who you are
You are an outcome-driven strategist and trusted advisor who thrives on solving complex problems. You understand SDLC methodologies, development infrastructure, and application security tools, and can translate these into tangible business outcomes. You are incredibly organized, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining strong relationships with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
You possess a strong understanding of SDLC & Infrastructure, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SCMs, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps processes. Your knowledge of Application Security tools such as SAST, SCA, AI Security, secure supply chain, secrets detection, pen-testing, threat modeling, and misconfiguration detection sets you apart. You have experience driving measurable ASPM outcomes, focusing on risk reduction, adoption metrics, and ROI. Familiarity with next-gen security tools such as AI Agents is a plus, and your excellent communication and relationship-building skills make you a valuable asset to any team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the customer onboarding journey, ensuring clear success criteria, timelines, and risk mitigation checkpoints. You will drive adoption and engagement with the Apiiro platform, working closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders will be crucial in building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance customer success and drive measurable outcomes. Your insights into SDLC methodologies and application security tools will help shape the customer experience and ensure that clients are leveraging the platform to its fullest potential. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on customer success metrics, providing feedback to the product team to inform future developments.
