Overview
Appen is seeking an Independent Contractor for Project Teapot to evaluate page quality in Spanish. You'll assess webpages for trust, relevance, and user safety while working flexible hours from Mexico.
Job Description
Who you are
You are fluent in Spanish and currently residing in Mexico, ready to take on the role of an Independent Contractor for Project Teapot. You possess the ability to adapt quickly to evolving project needs and maintain a minimum productivity rate of 5 jobs per hour. You are committed to ensuring quality in your work, as you will need to maintain a minimum quality score of 85% to remain eligible for payment. Your attention to detail and understanding of webpage effectiveness will be crucial in this role.
What you'll do
As part of the CrowdGen team, you will engage in the Page Quality workflow, which focuses on evaluating how well a webpage fulfills its intended purpose. Your responsibilities will include assessing the purpose of the page, ensuring user safety, and evaluating the clarity of the topic. You will analyze the main content quality, the reputation of the website, and the overall trustworthiness of the page. Your evaluations will contribute to the development of AI by ensuring that webpages are assessed with clarity, consistency, and care.
What we offer
This role offers flexible work hours, allowing you to contribute on your own schedule. You will have the opportunity to engage in varied tasks that contribute to AI development. The project requires a commitment of a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a maximum of 40 hours. You will earn up to $332 upon completing the weekly tasks, and your work will play a significant role in enhancing the quality of web content.
